Katja's mission was to reposition and update the look of a hotel in Switzerland we had recently acquired. The challenge was to create a new atmosphere and to finish all the work needed within a limited budget prior to the Gstaad Ski Season, Opening. In less than three months she harmonized the look and feel of the common spaces of the hotel using a "retro-vintage" theme. Katja's philosophy is a fully integrated concept from design to management, so she also worked closely with the management team to define the new positioning, communication and services offered, to ensure the hotel's long-term success.
