Conducted detailed team and property set–up for high-end luxury rental proposition of the property, Initiated business relationships with a select group of private-home rental agencies and boutique experience-based tour operators for the ultra-luxe segment. Coordinated lifestyle press events both offsite and at the property.

Assisted and encouraged the owner with the initial development phases of a unique and award-winning Extreme-wine course with WSET Certification and participated in making its first ever session run smoothly. Supported Chêne Bleu Winery at the premier Prowein Trade Fair in Düsseldorf and succeded in sourcing their future German organic wine distributor.  www.chenebleu.com

Accompanied the team for several years with its sustainability efforts in line with the property's dedication to the environment and nature. Succeeded in obtaining the Positive Luxury Certfication in May 2023. www.positiveluxury.com in addition to the Bee-Friendly Certification www.certifiedbeefriendly.org  in 2021. The property has received the French government top HVE -Level 3 rating for numerous year.

Outcome.

The house is exclusively rented with a private chef during the summer months. The Extreme Wine Courses are fully booked from year to year. The winery's reputation has continousely grown, thanks to the continued commitment and relentless efforts of its owners and the team.
