Challenge.

Launching of the Life Medicine Resort, the new modern Kurhaus, designed by Jensen & Skodvin Architects (Oslo) to the right clientele, especially spa hotel was to be run on a hybrid - public and private basis.

Project.

Advised the internal team of Health Spa Resort on the consumer brand communications, as well as, on the optimization of the spa area space and flow during the pre-launch phase of the property.

Advised them to become Design Hotel Members.

Managed opening event for the destination, which also featured international guest star Ute Lemper.

Outcome.

Successful launch, which obtained a lot of press.  The property has since changed name Kurhaus ownership and is being run on a more public, destination driven basis under the "Pfad des Lebens" Motto.
