Layout and flow of proposed day-spa within residential building was non-functional.

Totally reworked the spa area, undertaking a space optimization and integrating the spa journey with the client’s style and decorative wishes. 

Outcome.

The revamped spa helped add further value to the equity and real estate proposition of the luxury residential development in an art nouveau heritage building.
