Challenge.

Developing with the Brazilian owners the hotel's DNA concept of "Best of Brazil", rather than integrating European or American elements to define its luxury positioning.


Project.

During an extended stay São Paulo, worked closely with the owners on inital concept of a sustainable, environmentally-friendly destination resort. Botanique was positioned to be the first luxury hotel in Brazil to effectively integrate the best that the country has to offer in terms of architecture, interior design, and food and wine – all coupled with environmental awareness.

Creating an all-encompassing Brazilian DNA experience.


Outcome.

The hotel and its unique visionary positioning has been a big success. It was sold to the Six Senses Group in 2021.
