Create a memorable Vienna Birthday Weekend for French clients. Mixing Viennese charm with demanding Parisian tastes and expectations.

Project.

Full Curation and management of a 4-day weekend of memories for Parisian clients and their 100 guests. From the selection of all the approbriate venues, negotiating of top rates at 5* hotels, privatizing restaurants, creating a musical afternoon interlude with Viennese sweets in the private rooms of a famous patisserie, to a personalized guided tour in the rooms of the Empress Maria Theresa,... The greatest surprise for the guests - revealed at the very last moment - was the Gala Evening at the privatized MAK Museum (Museum of Applied Arts), a special viewing of the Vienna 1900 treasures,  followed by a gourmet dinner, a sequence of Romeo & Juliet by a prima ballerina, a fabulous music mix by DJ Gianni from chez Castel | Paris and dance until the early hours...
